When can you request a return?

We accept returns in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged or defective.

You received an item different from the one you ordered.

The product has a manufacturing issue unrelated to usage.

Please note: Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur. These are not considered defects but part of the unique value of each item.

Return request window

You have 3 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. After this period, we may not be able to process your return or refund.

How to request a return

  1. Email our customer service with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Attach clear photos of the product if it arrived damaged or incorrect.
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days.

Resolution options

Once your request is approved, we will offer you:

A replacement of the product at no additional cost.

A full refund if you do not want a replacement.

  • Store credit for future purchases (if you prefer).

Return shipping costs

If the error was ours (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs.

If you are returning a product for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
